Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and it features the top ten books that comes to your mind under a certain category announced each week. This week's category is:
Top Ten Tips for New Book Bloggers
Well, this is embarrassing (I got that from Firefox lol). I am a new book blogger. So, because of that, I will not be participating in this week's TTT :(. I feel that would be wrong for me to do. But instead of this being a pointless post, I would like you fellow pro bloggers out there to leave a tip down below for me. Heaven knows I'm in dear need of it! Thanks so much lovelies, and happy reading!
I felt much like you. I was like "Wtf, I only started bookblogging a year ago, how should I know what to say?" but then, in the end, I figured that I have learned something and wish I had known these things earlier. At the same time I was never someone who learns things by being told how they work. I have to figure it out for myself, have to struggle with scheduling posts and stuff like this. *g* Anyway, I hope you're having a great day and find some good TTT posts!

I've only been blogging for 6 months so it was hard for me to make a list too, mine was more of a "what I have learned" kind of list. I guess the one tip I would leave is to have fun and do what you want, it's your blog.
ReplyDeleteSo true! I'm a newbie as well, so I just did a different Top Ten Tuesday! All I can say is, blog when you want, make sure it stays fun and be yourself! The love of books is more important than anything else.
ReplyDeleteYep, I'm a member of the less-than-a-year blogging club. The best advice I've seen so far is to stop being a slave to the stats and do what you love.

I'm also a newbie, but I just tried to think of the things I've learned: and wished I knew them earlier :p
ReplyDeleteAnd my best advice would be: ENJOY. You started to blog, because you like to talk about books. Never forget that and don't ever think about your blog as 'work.' It's supposed to be a hobby you like, not something you have to drag yourself to :)
